Cancellation Policy

Applicability and Agreement

  • This policy is only applicable for bookings made on the haitidebeachresort.com website.
  • When making a booking on our website you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Cancellation, Payment, Terms & Conditions


  • Cancellations must be received in writing (sales@haitidebeachresort.com). Please supply the following details:
    1. The Email Address used to make the booking
    2. The Full Name of the person who made the booking
    3. The Check In and Check Out date of the booking
  • Cancellations received up to 45 days of due arrival date incur a charge of 25% of the total booking.
  • Cancellation received within 45 days of due arrival date incur a charge of 50% of the total booking.
  • Cancellation received within 14 days of due arrival date or No Show incur a charge of 100% of the booking.
  • No refund will be given for early check out.
  • All reservation payments are non refundable.
  • Guests are strongly advised to ensure they have valid travel insurance to protect against cancellations due to unforeseen circumstance.


  • We will notify you by email if your request can be confirmed. At that time we will request your Credit Card details. If we do not receive these details within 24 hours of our sending the confirmation email we will release the room(s) and notify you accordingly by email.
  • By supplying your Credit Card details you authorize Hai Tide Beach Resort to charge your Credit Card the full amount. Charges will appear on your credit card as “PT. Bali Cruises Nusantara”.
  • Credit card payments are subject to a 2% additional charge.
  • Your credit card will be charged in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Where required the amount charged is converted to IDR using the prevailing hotel currency exchange rate.
    Customers from Australia will be charged in AUD, provided you are still in Australia.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

  • Inclusions:
    • Daily full breakfast for all occupants.
    • Access to the resort’s Beach Club and Reef Pontoon facilities.
    • Free wifi.
  • Room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Check-in time is 2pm and check-out by 12 noon.
  • Early arrival is subject to room availability.
  • Late checkout is charged at 50% of room rate and subject to availability upon arrival.
  • We will do all possible to satisfy your bedding preference and any special requests but we are unable to guarantee them.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.

Additional Bedding in Family Lumbung and Two Bedroom Pool Villa

  • Each “Family” Lumbung and each bedroom of a Two Bedroom Pool Villa has permanent bedding for 2 persons. Additional bedding is needed when the room is occupied by 3 or 4 persons.
  • The room is only large enough for ONE additional bed. The additional bed can be a Cot (for 1 Infant under 4 yrs) or an Extra Bed (for 1 Child 4-14 yrs) or a Floor Bed (for 1 Adult) or a Bunk Bed (for 2 Children 4-14 yrs). The Bunk Bed is not suitable for an Adult or an Infant. For reasons of safety and comfort we do not permit an infant or child to share a bed with parents.
  • Be advised that the Bunk Bed limits the space in the room.

Optional Transfers

  • For the optional transfers between Bali and the resort an alternate vessel may be substituted for Bali Hai II owing to operational requirements.
